User Management

Create and manage user accounts. Each user is tagged for the tool they sign in to. (The Partner Portal is being retired — legacy “Partner Portal” accounts sign in to the ATENCO Partner Manager at partners.atenco.com.tw.)

Blank password → the account is created and you get an invite link to send (valid 24 h). With a password (8+ characters) the account is ready to sign in — share the password privately. The person's e-mail must be on their Zoho customer record to see their company's data.
